Location: Brooklyn, NY 11235

Salary: $295,000 - $350,000 per year

Schedule: Full Time (8-4 or 9-5, Monday-Friday)

Facility: 390-patient bed, 1,000 reports, Direct Reports unknown

(5-year plan is to obtain Magnet-Designation, Maintain current staffing levels, and leapfrog to an A rating.

This is a bigger challenge that offers the scope to build a legacy. You will take the reins of a 371-bed facility and centers of excellence including our NYS Stroke Center and Level 2 Perinatal Center.

Influence and Autonomy


  • Direct Access: You will report directly to the CEO, giving you the influence to shape the company's direction and the freedom to run with your thoughts.
  • Tangible Impact: You will drive the initiative to increase HCAP scores within 3 years and achieve a Leapfrog grade of "A" within 5 years.
  • Resources: You will oversee operations in a facility equipped with specialized designations (Sexual Assault Reform Act, AIDS Center).

Who Would Excel in This Role

To lead this transformation, you must have:

  • Licensure: A valid New York State RN license.
  • Education: A Master’s Degree in Nursing Administration or a related field.
  • Leadership Experience: Eight (8) years of nursing experience, with at least six (6) years in administration/management.
  • Specific Expertise: Preferably have worked in Magnet-Rated facility before
  • 5 years of CNO experience is required.
  • Must have worked in a full-service (not just acute care) clinical hospital setting.
