Job Description
The successful candidate will be a crucial contributor to a high-performing team focused on the lifecycle of private investment funds. Your primary responsibilities will center on structuring, negotiating, and closing sophisticated transactional architecture for commingled investment vehicles. You will be expected to manage substantial and high-stakes components of fund formation matters, including drafting core constitutive documents (e.g., private placement memoranda, limited partnership agreements) and navigating associated regulatory and fiduciary obligations. The role demands an ability to advise a kinetic client base on cutting-edge innovative fund structures, co-investment opportunities, and secondary transactions, ensuring all capital raising activities adhere to intricate federal and state securities laws.
