-
Elite Earning Potential: Enjoy the security of a guaranteed base salary with a clear path towards upwards of $300,000 per year base salary!
-
Reclaim Your Life: With zero night or weekend shifts and administrative support that handles your coding and billing, your time off is truly yours.
-
The "Un-Burnout" Support System: We provide dedicated Medical Assistants and dictation help so you can focus on the patient in front of you, not the screen.
-
Master a New Specialty: Whether you are an expert or just curious, we provide ongoing training in functional medicine, lifestyle interventions, and hormone therapies.

-
Collaborative Care: Work alongside health coaches and nutritionists who handle the "heavy lifting" of patient habit changes.
-
Integrated Tech: Use NextGen EHR with a workflow designed by providers, for providers.
What You’ll Need
- Active Oregon License (NP or PA) or eligibility to obtain one.
- Board Certification in Family or Internal Medicine.
- A genuine "Why" for functional medicine—we want providers who believe in the power of prevention.
- 2+ years of clinical experience is preferred (but passion for the model is mandatory).
