The selected attorney will immediately assume a pivotal role within the dispute resolution group, driving monumental domestic and international legal maneuvers. This position requires an astute understanding of civil procedure and the ability to execute sophisticated pre-trial mechanics seamlessly. Core responsibilities include:
⨖ Conducting sophisticated, exhaustive legal research to architect compelling defense and prosecution strategies.
⨖ Drafting, meticulously reviewing, and fiercely advocating through high-quality appellate briefs, dispositive motions, and comprehensive legal memoranda.
⨖ Managing the comprehensive discovery process, from initial document preservation to complex electronic discovery protocols, ensuring strict alignment with broader litigation objectives.
