Position Details
- Location: Palo Alto, CA (Hybrid: Mon-Thu in-office + remote periods)
- Level: Mid-level Lateral Associate (2020-2022 law school classes)
- Practice: IP & Technology Transactions
- Salary: $310,000–$390,000 base + discretionary bonus (DOE)
Key Requirements
- Strong IP/Tech Transactions experience from a law firm
- M&A transactions background preferred
- Top academic credentials; California Bar active ideal
- Collaborative across offices and practices
