Pediatric Audiologist (On-Site)

Compensation
The Pediatric Audiologists working in hospital-based outpatient setting will be expected to do some light travelling between separate the two separate locations in Philadelphia and King of Prussia. The position is a contract-to-hire position with no specificity on the period for transition to permanent. The decision to bring the contractor on permanent will be largely performance based. If and when the contractor gets hired on full-time basis, the compensation is explained below:
Annual Salary:
$120,000–$142,000 for mid-level experienced and competent pediatric audiologists
$145,000–$160,000+ annually for highly specialized pediatric audiologists.
Position Summary
A leading pediatric healthcare organization is seeking a licensed Audiologist to provide outpatient diagnostic and consultative services for children with hearing and vestibular disorders. This role involves evaluating pediatric patients, collaborating with physicians and multidisciplinary care teams, educating families, and supporting treatment planning through comprehensive audiological assessment.
The selected clinician will see approximately 5–10 patients per day and work primarily in a pediatric outpatient environment.

Primary Site (Majority of Schedule)
Philadelphia, PA
Approximately 3 or more days per week
Secondary Site
King of Prussia, PA
As needed, typically up to 2 days per week
