Role: Midlevel Associate (3–5 years)

Practice: Corporate – Capital Markets & Public Companies

Location: Princeton, NJ

Salary: $290,000 - $360,000

Schedule: Fulltime, 1,850 minimum annual billable hours.

Core Requirements:

• 3–5 years of prior experience with an Am Law or highly reputable boutique law firm
• Strong academic credentials and a JD from an ABA-accredited law school
• Active bar membership in the state of New Jersey

Key Experience:

• Advising publicly traded companies
• Federal securities law compliance
• Public & private securities offerings
• Stock exchange listings and ongoing compliance
• Corporate governance

Preferred Skills:

• Venture finance transactions
• M&A experience

Compensation:

• Base salary range: $225K – $435K
• Final comp depends on experience, market factors, etc.
• Full benefits package (medical, 401k, PTO, parental leave, etc.)

• Heavy emphasis on public company work + securities regulation
• Classic “capital markets + governance” hybrid seat, with optional M&A/venture exposure
