Position Overview
Our client seeks a mid-level associate to join its Technology Companies practice. The role centers on advising early‑stage and late‑stage emerging growth companies, as well as venture capital investors, across a broad range of corporate transactions.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and support early and late‑stage venture financings
- Work on mergers, acquisitions, and public offerings
- Draft, review, and negotiate complex transactional documents
- Manage multifaceted deals with minimal supervision
- Advise fast‑growth companies and investors on strategic and operational matters
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Strong drafting and negotiation skills
- Experience managing complex corporate transactions
- Background in venture financing, M&A, or public offerings
- Ability to counsel high‑growth technology companies and investors
- Comfortable working in a fast‑paced, dynamic environment
