Location: Georgetown, TX
Salary/Pay Rate: Up to $113,000 base salary per year (Commensurate with 15+ years of experience)
Eligible for a Sign-On Bonus of up to $15,000. Open for Relocation Assistance.
Schedule: Day Shift, Full-Time Onsite, No Weekends

Job Description:
As the Medical-Surgical Nurse Manager, you will operate under the direction of the Unit Director, assuming responsibility for the direction and coordination of all unit functions on your designated shifts. This is a crucial leadership role that requires a hands-on leader capable of providing direct patient care support when needed. You will manage personnel, including delegation of activities based on patient complexity and staff competency. You are responsible for the ongoing assessment of patient care quality, ensuring compliance with core measures, and managing data (e.g., PI Data and Streetwise). Daily duties include rounding on both staff and patients, resolving conflicts, ensuring adherence to personnel policies, and providing input on performance evaluations and disciplinary actions. You will ensure the unit's mission is maintained and coordinate departmental activities while fostering strong communication channels with the Medical Staff.
