Salary/Pay Rate: $27.42 - $36.95/hour (commensurate with 1-16+ years of experience). $15,000 Sign-On Bonus available. Relocation Assistance is available on a case-by-case basis.
Schedule: Full-Time Onsite. Shift Differential: $3.25 (Nights) & $2.00 (Weekend).

Job Description:
As a Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) in our acute care setting, you will be responsible for delivering a wide array of routine and non-routine respiratory therapies, often in high-stress, critical environments like the ICU, NICU, and PICU. You will play a crucial role in patient monitoring, assessment, and intervention for all age groups. Core responsibilities include the delivery, set-up, and maintenance of life-support equipment (including mechanical ventilators), performing and interpreting Arterial Blood Gases (ABGs), and maintaining extensive knowledge of respiratory medications, proper dosages, and patient side effects. You are expected to effectively communicate patient status and treatment plans to physicians and the interdisciplinary team, ensuring the highest standards of prescribed respiratory care are met across the hospital's most critical units.
