§ Duties:

Operating at the critical intersection of legal practice and administrative operational efficiency, the incoming specialist will drive the technical optimization, data synchronization, and process modernization across the enterprise. The role interfaces with practice group leaders, executive management, and departmental stakeholders to eliminate manual bottlenecks and optimize enterprise digital solutions.

Core responsibilities include:

⨖ Architecting, configuring, and sustaining end-to-end automated enterprise workflows utilizing Microsoft Power Automate, Zapier, bespoke webhooks, and modern application programming interfaces (APIs).

⨖ Overseeing multi-directional data governance and real-time synchronization between core client relationship management platforms, Microsoft 365 environments, SharePoint repositories, and public-facing web ecosystems.

⨖ Serving as the principal administrator for the firm’s CRM and business development databases, spearheading list segmentation, record deduplication, lifecycle tracking, and data hygiene audits.

⨖ Designing and deploying executive-level business intelligence reports and dynamic performance dashboards to measure operational throughput, attorney engagement, and business development traction.

⨖ Curating digital assets across internal intranet portals and external web properties, guaranteeing the accurate presentation of attorney biographies, legal practice bulletins, seminar registrations, and organizational announcements.

⨖ Collaborating with administrative departments—including finance, human resources, marketing, and IT—to diagnose operational inefficiencies and introduce tailored automated solutions.

⨖ Formulating comprehensive technical documentation, systems manuals, and integration protocols while providing patient, high-touch support and training to legal practitioners and administrative staff.


§ Qualifications:

Candidates must present proven experience in business systems administration and digital process improvement, ideally within professional services or legal environments.

⨖ Bachelor’s degree in Computer Information Systems, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a closely related discipline, or demonstrable equivalent professional experience.

⨖ Two (2) to five (5) years of progressive professional experience administrating enterprise CRM platforms, workflow orchestration utilities, and digital workspace ecosystems.

⨖ Demonstrated technical competency in configuring automated data exchanges and conditional logic using tools such as Microsoft Power Automate, Zapier, and custom API/webhook endpoints.

⨖ Prior experience diagnosing data flow failures, API connection interruptions, and database mapping anomalies across disparate corporate software tools.

⨖ Exceptional interpersonal and consultative communication capabilities, with a proven ability to translate complex systems requirements into accessible language for non-technical attorneys and personnel.


§ Skills:

The following credentials and proficiencies will distinguish top-tier applicants and accelerate organizational impact:

⨖ Substantive administrative mastery within HubSpot, Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics, or specialized legal CRM environments.

⨖ Familiarity with legal operations management, matter lifecycle protocols, or legal billing and practice management architectures.

⨖ Practical working proficiency in content management frameworks such as WordPress, alongside foundational knowledge of front-end markup (HTML/CSS).

⨖ Demonstrated aptitude with business intelligence and performance reporting platforms, including Power BI, Google Analytics, or Google Tag Manager.

⨖ Proven capability to balance concurrent technical projects, adhere to institutional deadlines, and uphold rigorous data governance standards.
