Compensation and Benefits:

Day-to-Day Responsibilities:
The General Of Counsel will provide senior legal advice and support across the firm’s practice groups or to key clients. Responsibilities include overseeing legal strategy, managing complex transactions or disputes, guiding associates and junior lawyers, liaising with clients, and ensuring compliance with applicable laws and regulations. The role involves leadership in legal risk management and contributing to business growth initiatives.
