Are you an experienced Internal Medicine NP tired of high-volume metrics and rigid schedules? Heart and Health Medical offers a Turn-key practice management solution. We are looking for local practitioners—specifically those seeking a transition or looking for more stability—to join us as partners.

Requirements:
- Licensure: NYS RN & NP license, BLS, and Board Certification.
- Education: BSN and MSN from an accredited nursing school.
- Specialization: Must be trained in Internal Medicine.
- Experience: Must have clinical experience; we are not considering new graduates.
- Location: Preference for candidates based in Long Island with an established patient following or those retiring from private practice.
