About Our Client

Roosevelt Talent is working with PingThings, an innovative energy technology company that builds PredictiveGrid, a high-frequency, fleet-scale time-series intelligence platform. Backed by the U.S. Department of Energy and venture capital, they process petabytes of sensor data with nanosecond precision for major transmission utilities, ISOs, and research institutions across North America. 


The Role

As a Customer Success Engineer, to own delivery across both customer-facing PredictiveGrid rollouts at utilities and internal engineering execution. The candidate will serve as the connective tissue between customers, sales, engineering, and data science teams to turn complex deployments into predictable programs. Key responsibilities include leading end-to-end customer deployments, building repeatable delivery processes, and managing timelines, dependencies, and risk registers. 


Qualifications & Skills

Required

  • Proven track record managing technical projects or programs spanning customer delivery and internal software development.
  • Fluency with modern data platforms, cloud infrastructure, containers, APIs, and data pipelines to converse credibly with engineers.
  • Strong command of project management practices (agile and traditional) and excellent written/verbal communication skills.
  • Comfort with ambiguity, a drive to build structure, and a genuine curiosity about physical systems.


Nice to Have

  • Experience in energy, utilities, grid systems, or other critical infrastructure settings.  
  • Familiarity with time-series data, sensor systems, or large-scale data analytics.  
  • Exposure to public-sector or regulated-industry procurement and delivery.
