About Our Client

ErthTech Talent is working with Gravity Climate, a venture-backed startup that helps industrial businesses and their supply chains manage and reduce their carbon footprint through an easy-to-use software platform.


The Role

  • You will identify opportunities and drive interest in Gravity Climate's carbon management and decarbonization platform within the industrial sector.
  • This is a full-cycle sales role where you will engage, educate, and activate new customers.
  • You will be responsible for driving revenue and exceeding quotas.
  • You will operate with a data-driven approach and an entrepreneurial spirit.



Qualifications & Skills Required

  • 5+ years of experience in a 360 sales role (ie: sourcing leads AND closing deals)
  • You’ve consistently been a top performer (presidents club etc.)
  • You have sold enterprise size deals ($100-150k ARR) to F500 executive suites 
  • Have worked in startups (can succeed when there is not a large supporting infrastructure) 
  • You are hungry and desire to be the best at what you do 


Nice to Have

  • You have an existing Rolodex in the industrial & manufacturing sectors
  • You have experience selling to private equity / have a contact list in this space  
  • You have sold sustainability-related software (ideally familiar with decarbonization) 


  • Based in or willing to relocate to San Francisco
