This successful and growing engineering company, known for its innovative solutions and supportive work culture, seeks a highly organised Field Service Coordinator to join their dynamic team in Keighley.

 

What you will be doing:

 

Working with other service coordinators, you will have the following responsibilities.

 

  • Manage engineer schedules, work reports, and part requirements.
  • Handle customer inquiries, provide quotations, and schedule follow-up visits.
  • Process warranties, timesheets, and administrative tasks.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth operations.
  • Ensure timely responses to customer inquiries and manage expectations.
  • Liaise with suppliers and internal teams to ensure efficient part delivery.

 

About you:

 

  • The ability to deal with change in a dynamic environment
  • Strong organisational and time management skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft 365.
  • Able to adapt to new software packages
  • Experience in customer service dealing with people face to face or by telephone
  • Experience of working in an engineering environment is preferred but not essential
  • A positive attitude and a passion for delivering exceptional service.
