With a strong focus on customer service and an innovative business strategy, they have outgrown their competitors, achieving greater coverage of the European population than any other network operator.


The Role

The Affiliate Marketing Manager will be responsible for managing and growing the company's affiliate partnerships, optimizing program performance, and building strong relationships with publishers. This role requires hands-on experience in running affiliate programs, negotiating deals, and driving incremental revenue through strategic partnerships.

Key Responsibilities

  • Affiliate Program Management and Optimization
  • Oversee and optimize the company's affiliate programs on their affiliate and partner networks to drive performance and maximize ROI.
  • Recruit, onboard, and manage relationships with new and existing affiliates, ensuring they are aligned with business goals.
  • Develop and execute strategies to increase sales, leads, and customer acquisition through affiliate partnerships.
  • Monitor and analyze affiliate performance, identifying growth opportunities and areas for improvement.
  • Implement commission structures, promotional campaigns, and incentive programs to drive affiliate engagement.
  • Publisher Relationship Management
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with top affiliates, influencers, and content publishers to enhance performance.
  • Negotiate terms, commission rates, and exclusive deals to drive incremental growth.
  • Provide affiliates with marketing assets, product updates, and best practices to optimize their performance.
  • Ensure affiliates adhere to brand guidelines and compliance requirements.
  • Performance Tracking and Reporting
  • Regularly analyze affiliate data, track key metrics (sales, conversion rates, CPA, ROAS), and generate performance reports.
  • Utilize affiliate and partner networks, Google Analytics, and internal reporting tools to measure success and optimize campaigns.
  • Provide insights and recommendations to internal teams on improving affiliate-driven traffic and conversions.
  • Strategic Growth and Innovation
  • Identify new affiliate marketing opportunities, trends, and technologies to stay ahead of the competition.
  • Explore and onboard new affiliate networks, influencers, and content partners to expand reach.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Paid Media, CRM, and Digital Marketing) to integrate affiliate efforts with overall marketing strategy.


Qualifications and Experience

  • 2-3 years of hands-on experience managing affiliate programs, preferably within telecommunications, e-commerce, or subscription-based businesses.
  • Strong knowledge of Impact Radius, TradeDoubler, Rakuten, Commission Junction, and other affiliate platforms.
  • Proven track record of growing and optimizing affiliate revenue, customer acquisition, and retention.
  • Strong analytical skills with experience using Google Analytics and Adobe tracking pixels and attribution models.
  • Excellent negotiation, communication, and relationship management skills.
  • Ability to identify and onboard high-performing affiliates and publishers.
  • Familiarity with compliance and fraud prevention in affiliate marketing.
