The client is a successful, reputable, and profitable multimedia company looking to grow and expand their digital marketing division.
The Role
The client is looking for a motivated and detail-oriented CTV/OTT Project Manager to support the planning, execution, and delivery of Connected TV (CTV) and Over-the-Top (OTT) advertising campaigns. This role is perfect for someone with early professional experience in digital media or project coordination looking to grow in the fast-evolving streaming and video advertising space.
Key Responsibilities
- Campaign Coordination: Assist in managing the full lifecycle of CTV/OTT ad campaigns, including planning, launch, monitoring, and reporting.
- Stakeholder Communication: Communicate project timelines, deliverables, and performance updates with internal teams and company clients.
- Team Collaboration: Work cross-functionally with media buyers, creative, analytics, and ad operations teams to ensure campaigns are executed on time and to spec.
- Platform and Vendor Support: Coordinate with platforms and vendors (e.g., Roku, Hulu, Amazon Fire TV) to manage asset delivery and technical requirements.
- Timeline and Task Tracking: Maintain project schedules and ensure all milestones are met according to the campaign timeline.
- QA and Compliance: Assist with quality assurance checks and ensure content meets platform and legal standards prior to launch.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Media, Communications, or a related field.
- 1–4 years of experience in project coordination, digital media, ad operations, or a related role—ideally with exposure to CTV/OTT campaigns.
- Familiarity with digital advertising platforms and technologies (e.g., FreeWheel, Innovid, Extreme Reach, The Trade Desk, DV360).
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Experience using project management tools like Asana, Trello, or Monday.com.
Preferred Qualifications
- Basic understanding of programmatic video advertising, audience targeting, and media buying.
- Exposure to streaming platforms and digital video workflows.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
