As organizations across Saudi Arabia accelerate their digital transformation, demand for secure, scalable communication platforms continues to grow. To support this momentum, our client is looking for a Key Account Sales Manager who knows how to navigate the enterprise and government landscape in the Kingdom - someone who can open doors, build trust with decision-makers, and turn complex opportunities into successful deals.


📍 Riyadh, Saudi Arabia (Hybrid)

🌍 Remote possible for GCC-based candidates with strong Saudi market access

💰 Base: ~SAR 35K/month | OTE: ~SAR 750K/year


What You’ll Be Driving


This role sits at the intersection of strategic enterprise sales, public sector engagement, and large-scale technology projects. You won’t just be selling products - you’ll be helping organizations adopt technologies that reshape how teams communicate, collaborate, and operate.


In practical terms, you will:


  • Lead high-value enterprise opportunities - You’ll identify and develop sales opportunities within major enterprise organizations and government institutions across Saudi Arabia - building relationships with decision-makers and shaping long-term account strategies.
  • Navigate complex tender environments - Many of your deals will involve structured procurement processes. You’ll take the lead in preparing proposals, coordinating bid responses, and positioning solutions that stand out in competitive tenders.
  • Win strategic replacement opportunities - A key part of the role involves identifying where existing systems can be upgraded or replaced with more advanced collaboration and communications platforms.
  • Manage the full sales journey - From opportunity identification to proposal, negotiation, and project coordination - you’ll oversee the process end-to-end while working closely with internal technical and regional teams.

This role works best for someone who enjoys complex deals, strategic accounts, and long-term relationship building. You likely bring:

  • A strong background in enterprise or government technology sales
  • Experience participating in large RFP or tender processes
  • A track record of managing high-value B2B accounts
  • Familiarity with selling IT, telecom, unified communications, collaboration platforms, or similar enterprise technologies


Equally important is your understanding of how business gets done in Saudi Arabia - the procurement frameworks, the stakeholders involved, and the relationships that move deals forward.


If you already have an established network across enterprise or government organizations in the Kingdom, that will be a strong advantage.
