What you’ll be doing


  • Opening doors with founders, business owners, and senior leaders — sparking conversations that show how Leapstrides can be the partner they didn’t know they needed.
  • Listening closely to what clients really need — whether it’s building a team, setting up their HR foundation, or rethinking performance management — and connecting those needs to the right solution.
  • Knowing when to adapt to a client’s preferences, and when to stand firm to recommend the approach that will actually move their business forward.
  • Managing the full business development journey: researching prospects, starting conversations, presenting proposals, following up, and closing partnerships.
  • Keeping relationships alive well beyond the signature — checking in, supporting delivery, and spotting opportunities to grow the partnership further.
  • Balancing hands-on work with smart tools: sometimes mapping things manually, other times using CRMs, ATS platforms, and AI/automation tools to make things faster and more effective for both Leapstrides and our clients.
  • Representing Leapstrides at events, meetups, and networking spaces — always leaving behind a sense of trust, energy, and possibility.


Who we’re looking for


  • You’ve done business development or sales before, ideally in recruitment, HR consulting, or another people-focused service.
  • You’ve spent around 2 years in the UAE or GCC and understand how the local market and decision-makers really work.
  • You understand the challenges companies face when building teams across different departments, and can guide them toward solutions that actually help.
  • You’re a natural connector — the kind of person who has CEOs and senior leaders leaning in during a face-to-face conversation or a virtual call because you’re genuinely engaging, not just pitching.
  • You can flex with clients when needed but also have the confidence to say, “Here’s what will really help you,” when it matters most.
  • You’re comfortable balancing manual effort with technology — CRMs, ATS platforms, AI, and automation tools — without losing sight of the personal touch.
  • You’re independent, entrepreneurial, and motivated by impact. A commission-based role excites you because your effort and creativity directly shape your results.
