Title: NOC Engineer (Contract) – Remote (U.S. Only)

Location: Remote | U.S.-based

Schedule: Panama Shifts | 8 AM – 9 PM ET | 2 on, 2 off; 3 on, 3 off

Contract Duration: July 16 – October 8 (early start possible for training)

We’re hiring on behalf of a nationally recognized digital infrastructure provider supporting large-scale network environments in higher education. This is a fully remote, contract-based NOC Engineer role focused on keeping enterprise-level campus networks online and optimized during a high-volume period.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Monitor and support enterprise LAN/WAN, VoIP, and TCP/IP networks
• Troubleshoot and resolve Tier 2 and 3 issues (SolarWinds, ServiceNow)
• Work with Cisco routers, switches, firewalls, and enterprise Wi-Fi
• Handle circuit upgrades and support for Radius, DHCP, DNS, NAT, and load balancers
• Collaborate with internal teams to maintain uptime and troubleshoot network incidents

What We’re Looking For:

• 8–10 years of hands-on NOC or network engineering experience
• Active CCNA certification required
• Strong knowledge of Cisco systems, routing protocols (BGP, EIGRP, OSPF)
• Familiarity with Radius, DNS, DHCP, and Carrier Grade NAT
• Experience with large-scale Wi-Fi/WLAN environments
• Comfortable with Panama schedule and remote work
• Must reside in the U.S. (California excluded)
