Market Area Marketing Manager
Location: Orange County CA, hybrid 2 to 3 days on site
The Hook
Own a large, consumer-focused regional portfolio with real budget authority. Build and run full-funnel campaigns that turn neighbors into customers across multiple OC locations. High visibility with senior leaders and a clear path to bigger scope as the portfolio grows.

What you will own
- Regional plan tied to capacity and call volume by city and service line
- Integrated B2C campaigns across paid search, SEO, Local Services Ads, Meta, YouTube, OTT and CTV, programmatic, Yelp Ads, Nextdoor, Waze, radio and TV, direct mail, OOH, and grassroots
- Geo targeting and local offer strategy by ZIP and audience segment
- CRM and lifecycle tactics including email, SMS, referral, reputation, and retention programs
- Vendor and agency leadership with clear briefs, KPIs, pacing, and performance reviews
- Budget pacing and optimization with weekly and monthly reconciliations
- Brand consistency and reputation management across BBB, Google profiles, Yelp, and local listings
- Community and employee sponsorships with selection, execution, and results tracking
- Performance analytics with executive-ready reporting in Excel and clear recommendations

What you bring
- 5 or more years leading B2C marketing with strong digital fluency
- Proven lead generation and revenue impact in multi location consumer services, franchise, retail, QSR, hospitality, or similar
- Working knowledge of paid search, SEO, and LSAs, plus the ability to brief and evaluate partners across Meta, YouTube, OTT and CTV, and Yelp Ads
- Experience managing sizable budgets with pacing, forecasting, and invoice reconciliation
- Advanced Excel for practical dashboards and insights
- Strong communication and presentation skills with senior stakeholders
- High ownership, organized, comfortable operating at speed
The Setup
- Reports closely with the Market Area President
- Hybrid across several Orange County offices with regular field time
- Compensation is 90,000 to 110,000 base plus a 10 percent bonus tied to marketing and revenue metrics
- Runway toward broader leadership as the portfolio expands
