Our client is a leading E-Crime Intelligence company providing targeted and actionable intelligence to reduce fraud losses and cyber threats.


Job Summary

We are seeking a Customer Success Specialist to join our client's team. The role involves building and nurturing client relationships to drive success and enhance the client experience. You will play a crucial role in informing product development through client feedback and data analysis. This position requires a dynamic individual with excellent communication skills and an entrepreneurial mindset.

Responsibilities and Duties

  • Build and foster client relationships that drive client success and enhance the client experience.
  • Regularly communicate with clients to address questions and needs.
  • Gather client requirements and feedback for product updates and enhancements.
  • Analyze product utilization data to inform the product roadmap.
  • Collaborate with Product Development and Engineering teams.
  • Conduct product demonstrations for prospective and current clients.
  • Develop educational and training material, including written guides and videos.
  • Lead training webinars.


Knowledge / Skills / Abilities

  • Excellent communication, storytelling, and interpersonal skills required.
  • Strong work ethic and ability to multitask.
  • Prior experience working with Hubspot, Jira, and Google Analytics is a plus.
  • Fluency in Spanish is a plus.


Education / Professional Experience

  • BA/BS or equivalent.
  • 1-3 years of experience in customer success roles required.
