Responsibilities and Duties
- Develop and execute comprehensive, long-term strategic account plans to achieve and exceed aggressive sales targets, with a focus on expanding market share within the healthcare industry.
- Establish and nurture high-impact relationships with C-level executives and key stakeholders in enterprise accounts, becoming a trusted advisor and influencing client decision-making processes.
- Identify, strategize, and capitalize on new business opportunities within existing accounts, driving revenue growth and ensuring long-term account retention and satisfaction.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with product, marketing, and technical teams to deliver highly customized solutions that address complex client needs and enhance overall customer experience.
- Provide detailed and strategic updates and reports on account status, sales performance, and market insights, proactively suggesting improvements to sales strategies and operational efficiencies.
- Lead account-based initiatives and contribute to the development of best practices, while mentoring and supporting junior team members to promote a high-performance culture.
Knowledge / Skills / Abilities Required
- Extensive and proven track record of exceeding sales targets in enterprise sales, with significant experience in the healthcare sector and an understanding of its unique challenges and opportunities.
- Mastery in negotiation and communication, with the ability to present complex concepts persuasively and close high-value deals with senior-level executives.
- Exceptional relationship management skills, with demonstrated success in building rapport and influencing C-level executives and large-scale enterprise stakeholders.
- Highly strategic thinker with strong problem-solving abilities, capable of analyzing complex business scenarios and developing effective solutions that align with both client and company goals.
- Self-motivated, proactive, and driven to achieve results, with a data-driven mindset and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-stakes environment.
- Proficiency in CRM software and advanced analytics tools, with an ability to derive insights and inform strategic decision-making.
Education / Professional Experience
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- 7+ years of experience in enterprise sales, with a focus on the healthcare sector.
Licenses / Certifications
- None required, but certifications in sales or healthcare management are a plus.
