Our client is a leading E-Crime Intelligence company providing targeted and actionable intelligence to reduce fraud losses and cyber threats.

Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Customer Success Specialist with strong experience in Cybersecurity to join our client's team. The role involves building and nurturing client relationships to drive success and enhance the client experience. You will play a crucial role in informing product development through client feedback and data analysis. This position requires a dynamic individual with excellent communication skills and an entrepreneurial mindset.

Responsibilities and Duties

• Build and foster client relationships that drive client success and enhance the client experience.
• Regularly communicate with clients to address questions and needs.
• Gather client requirements and feedback for product updates and enhancements.
• Analyze product utilization data to inform the product roadmap.
• Collaborate with Product Development and Engineering teams.
• Conduct product demonstrations for prospective and current clients.
• Develop educational and training material, including written guides and videos.
• Lead training webinars.

Knowledge / Skills / Abilities Required

• Cybersecurity experience is a must.
• Excellent communication, storytelling, and interpersonal skills.
• Fluency in Spanish required.
• Strong work ethic and ability to multitask.
• Experience with HubSpot, Jira, and Google Analytics.

Education / Professional Experience

• BA/BS or equivalent.
• 1-3 years of experience in customer success roles required.
• 1-3 years of experience in the Cybersecurity industry required.
