Job Summary

We are seeking a Customer Success Specialist to join our client's team. This pivotal role is designed for a professional who excels at fostering deep client relationships, driving success, and delivering exceptional client experiences. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in strategic customer success management, leveraging data to inform decisions, and collaborating across teams to enhance the product and client journey.

Responsibilities and Duties

  • Build, nurture, and manage strategic client relationships to ensure long-term success and satisfaction.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing complex needs and delivering tailored solutions.
  • Analyze client usage trends and deliver actionable insights to optimize product adoption and value.
  • Partner with Product Development and Engineering teams to ensure the product roadmap aligns with client requirements.
  • Conduct in-depth product demonstrations for clients.
  • Design and deliver advanced educational content, including webinars, user guides, and training materials.
  • Drive client success initiatives that promote retention, satisfaction, and expansion opportunities.


Knowledge / Skills / Abilities Required

  • Exceptional communication, relationship management, and storytelling skills.
  • Ability to understand client business needs and align them with product solutions.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven recommendations.
  • Proficiency in CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot) and data analysis platforms (e.g., Google Analytics).
  • Fluency in Spanish is a plus.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead initiatives and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.


Education / Professional Experience

  • BA/BS or equivalent.
  • 1-3 years of experience in customer success, account management, or related roles, preferably in the tech or cybersecurity industries.
