• Salary Range: Base salary of $65,000–$75,000 plus monthly commission, with realistic on-target earnings of $100,000–$130,000+ (bonus eligible)**

Role Overview

The Talent Advisor plays a central role in driving full-cycle recruitment efforts while contributing to the company’s continued expansion. This individual manages the entire recruitment lifecycle—from intake through placement and closeout—while also engaging in business development activities to build and grow a personal book of business.

This role offers the opportunity to blend relationship-building, consultative sales, and talent strategy in a collaborative and fast-paced environment, with strong earning potential and meaningful impact.


Key Responsibilities

  • Source and engage both active and passive candidates using a variety of modern recruitment strategies
  • Conduct thorough candidate screenings, evaluations, and documentation
  • Lead pre-employment processes including assessments, reference checks, background screenings, and substance testing
  • Promote the company’s talent acquisition and outplacement services to prospective and existing clients
  • Learn and effectively leverage the company’s technology stack and value proposition
  • Deliver a positive, high-touch experience for both candidates and clients throughout the recruitment process
  • Participate in business development efforts to expand client relationships and generate new opportunities


Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Communications, Marketing, or a related field preferred
  • 3–8 years of experience in corporate or agency full-cycle recruitment
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Prior sales experience with a track record of meeting or exceeding goals is a plus
  • Professional certifications such as PHR or SHRM-CP are advantageous
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365
  • Familiarity with social media platforms as a sourcing and branding tool
  • Experience using AI and LLM tools, including ChatGPT, in a professional setting
