Samyn-D’Elia Architects is seeking an Associate Architect with approximately 5–10 years of professional experience who is passionate about thoughtful design, technical excellence, and collaborative project delivery. This role is ideal for an emerging architectural professional seeking continued growth and mentorship while progressing toward licensure.
The Associate Architect will contribute across all phases of architectural projects, supporting design development, construction documentation, consultant coordination, and construction administration efforts. The position offers hands-on involvement in a wide range of project types and the opportunity to work closely with experienced principals and senior team members in a highly collaborative studio environment.
This opportunity is well suited for a motivated architect who values craftsmanship, enjoys problem-solving, and is excited to continue building a long-term career within a respected regional design practice.
Samyn-D’Elia Architects offers a competitive salary range of $85,000 – $100,000 based on experience, along with discretionary performance bonuses and profit-sharing opportunities.

This is a full-time, in-office role (Monday–Friday) with reasonable flexibility when needed.
