Requirements
- Doctorate in Physical Therapy (DPT)
- New Jersey state licensure or eligibility
- Passion for pediatric therapy
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Responsibilities
- Evaluate and assess patients' physical abilities and needs through comprehensive examinations
- Develop and implement individualized care plans focused on pediatric patients
- Provide hands-on physical therapy treatments, including exercises and modalities
- Educate patients and their families about treatment plans and progress
- Collaborate with healthcare teams to ensure continuity of care and effective discharge planning
- Maintain accurate patient records and adhere to medical terminology standards
