  • Proven leadership in managing large-scale HVAC and plumbing projects
  • Strong relationships in the North Carolina GC/developer community preferred
  • Experience launching or running a satellite office or regional operation is a major plus
  • Strong business acumen with a hands-on approach to leadership
  • Degree in Construction Management, Mechanical Engineering, or similar field preferred

What’s Offered:

  • The chance to shape and lead a new market presence
  • Competitive compensation package with performance incentives
  • Company vehicle, benefits, and relocation support if needed
  • Backed by a stable and growing organization with a reputation for quality work and people-first culture

This is more than a job—it’s a chance to put your mark on a growing organization and lead the charge in one of the Southeast’s most active construction markets. If you're a builder, a connector, and a leader, we want to talk to you.
