You will be the go-to expert for creating accurate, competitive, and detailed estimates for commercial and residential mechanical projects. Responsibilities:

• Reviewing blueprints, specifications, and technical documents to develop accurate estimates
• Collaborating with project managers and engineers to define project scope and costs
• Sourcing and maintaining strong relationships with vendors and subcontractors to ensure competitive pricing
• Preparing detailed bid proposals and project budgets
• Tracking project costs and aligning estimates with actuals
• Identifying cost efficiencies without compromising quality
• Staying updated on the latest plumbing & mechanical materials, technologies, and industry codes
