Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced Foreman to lead and manage crews on a variety of site development projects, including grading, utilities, erosion control, and paving prep. This role is critical to ensuring our jobs are completed safely, efficiently, and to the highest standards. The ideal candidate is a hands-on leader with a strong work ethic and a deep understanding of sitework operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and direct field crews on daily tasks related to site development (earthwork, utilities, stormwater, etc.)
• Coordinate with Project Managers and Superintendents to execute project plans and schedules
• Maintain jobsite safety in accordance with company policies and OSHA regulations
• Ensure quality control and adherence to specifications
• Track daily progress and report production quantities and labor/equipment utilization
• Train and mentor crew members to build a high-performing, dependable team
• Communicate with subcontractors, inspectors, and vendors as needed

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in site development or civil construction
• 2+ years in a supervisory or foreman role
• Strong knowledge of grading, pipe installation, and equipment operation
• Ability to read blueprints, site plans, and grade stakes
• Proficient in managing crew performance and solving field-level challenges
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
