AI Research Scientist
Overview
We are seeking a creative and motivated AI Research Scientist to drive innovation in next-generation artificial intelligence and machine learning systems. This role focuses on advancing research in agent-based AI, developing new tools and frameworks, and ensuring reliability, safety, and adaptability across AI applications.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement innovative AI/ML solutions for real-world use cases.
- Conduct applied research in areas such as agent design, orchestration strategies, tool integration, and system communication.
- Explore AI safety, alignment, and reliability to ensure responsible deployment of intelligent systems.
- Identify research opportunities and propose novel methods to enhance system performance.
- Prototype frameworks and algorithms in Python using tools such as AutoGen, LangChain, or custom orchestration layers.
Qualifications
- Ph.D. in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field with a focus on Artificial Intelligence or Machine Learning.
- Demonstrated research experience in Generative AI, Agentic AI, and AI Safety and Alignment.
- Hands-on experience with foundational models (LLMs, VLMs, or similar), including fine-tuning and applying them to domain-specific tasks.
- Proficiency in Python and standard AI/ML libraries (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to define research goals, interpret data, and present findings effectively.

Pay Rate: $110 - 118 per hour
