We have an exciting opportunity at our clients growing company in Avon, Ohio. they are looking for an Accounting Manager to join their team.
Essential duties consist of:
· General Ledger (month end close, account reconciliations, financial reporting)
· Accounts Payable (weekly check runs, vendor inquiries)
· Accounts Receivable (review cash application, collections)
· Banking (cash forecasting, bank reconciliations, loan covenants)
· Fixed Assets (monthly depreciation, project spending analysis, reconciliations)
· Taxes (property tax, sales & use tax, 1099 processing)
· Follow established accounting processes, recommend process improvements
· Liaison with external auditors
Qualifications:
· Bachelor’s degree in accounting/finance
· Minimum 6 years relevant accounting experience
· Must be proficient in Excel
· Strong analytical skills
· Organizational skills and attention to detail are a must
· Good communication skills
· Ability to identify and resolve issues in a timely manner
