About the role

This Head of HR role is designed to partner with the business to deliver a progressive People agenda, embedding strong HR practices across a high-growth, acquisitive healthcare group.


Reporting to the CEO, the role will ask you to:


·      Co design the people plan with the COO and CEO and implement across all functions, focusing on engagement and transformation

·      Partner with clinical and operational leadership to drive retention, engagement and performance

·      Shape and deliver strategic people initiatives aligned to business growth

·      Lead on organisation design, talent development, and integration of new acquisitions

·      Serve as a trusted advisor to leaders across the Group

·      Lead succession planning and talent reviews

·      Guide and coach leaders through ER cases, performance processes, and team development

·      Support the cultural integration of newly acquired clinics

·      Deliver engagement surveys and lead the resulting action planning process

·      Ensure compliance with employment law and professional standards

·      Coach & develop a small HR team


About you

We are looking to attract a suitably qualified HR professional, motivated by providing a best in class HR offering to a business in its ascendancy. The Organisation are a values led entity who are passionate about their industry and the outstanding service they provide. Experience gained in a scale up environment would be advantageous. Particularly a multi-site, acquisitive provider of vital services. You will come equipped with an attitude that no job is too big or small, but will be matched with the commercial savvy and pragmatism to be able to prioritise your busy workload effectively for optimum impact.

 

Location is home based with ongoing travel to multiple sites across the South East of England


Salary £80k - £85k + Car or Car allowance, Bonus, PMI, Generous staff discount.
