Are you available for an initial 12 month contract to play a pivotal role in shaping how employees learn, grow, and succeed and design and deliver learning solutions that are aligned with Company values and business goals?


A national service provider who puts its people at the heart of everything it does is looking to recruit a Learning & Development Partner based out of their Greater Manchester office, initially on a 12 month FTC.


What you’ll be doing:

  • Designing and delivering engaging learning content for e-learning, workshops, and resources.
  • Supporting leadership and colleague development programmes.
  • Coordinating onboarding for new starters and service partners.
  • Managing LMS and ensuring compliance across learning activities.
  • Facilitating induction training both virtually and in person.
  • Building strong relationships across teams and stakeholders.

 

What we’re looking for:

  • Proven experience in L&D, including LMS management and stakeholder engagement.
  • Strong content design skills and familiarity with digital authoring tools (e.g., Articulate or Captivate).
  • Excellent organisation, communication, and problem-solving abilities.
  • Strong relationship building and stakeholder management skills
  • A proactive, professional approach with a passion for learning and development.


What’s on offer:

A salary £45,000 - £50,000 + Benefits (PMI, Enhanced Pension, Holiday Purchase, Retail Discounts etc)

Hybrid working of 50% office/home working
