Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Production Manager with a background in process engineering to oversee and optimize our manufacturing operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing production teams, improving efficiency, and ensuring quality standards are met throughout the production process. This role requires strong leadership skills, technical expertise, and a commitment to continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities:

Production Oversight:

· Manage daily production operations to ensure efficiency, quality, and safety.

· Develop and implement production schedules, coordinating with other departments to align resources and priorities.

Process Optimization:

· Analyze and improve production processes using engineering principles to increase efficiency and reduce waste.

· Implement lean manufacturing techniques and best practices to enhance productivity.

Team Leadership:

· Lead, mentor, and develop production staff, fostering a culture of teamwork and accountability.

· Conduct performance evaluations and provide ongoing training and development opportunities for team members.

Quality Assurance:

· Address any quality issues promptly, conducting root cause analysis and corrective actions.

Safety Management:

· Promote a culture of safety within the production environment, ensuring compliance with safety regulations and protocols.

· Conduct regular safety audits and training sessions to minimize workplace hazards.

Prepare regular reports on production metrics and performance improvements for senior management.

Qualifications:

Education:

· Bachelor’s degree in Process Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field preferred.

Experience:

· Minimum of 5 years of experience in a production management role, with a strong background in process engineering or manufacturing operations.

· Demonstrated experience in leading teams and driving process improvements.

Skills:

· Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a focus on data-driven decision-making.

· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of collaborating effectively with diverse teams.

· Proficiency in production management software and tools, as well as knowledge of manufacturing technologies.

Work Environment:

· The position may require occasional overtime and flexibility in hours to meet production demands.

· The role involves working in a manufacturing environment with exposure to machinery and equipment.
