What You’ll Bring:
Collaborative Culture & Leadership – You will work alongside the practice owner, building a strong emphasis on team building and professional development. You will apply your expertise in change management, communication, policies and procedures, and employee coaching to help shape our practice and community impact.
Decision-Making – You make sound decisions, solve problems, and are comfortable making important choices in a timely manner. Whether related to employees, clients, finances, marketing strategies, or hospital protocols, you efficiently analyze facts and evaluate outcomes to choose the best solutions.
Resilience and Adaptability – You cope effectively with pressure and setbacks. You see obstacles and failures as opportunities for growth. You lean into your values when facing challenges and teach your team to do the same.
Qualifications & Responsibilities:
Compensation: Based on experience, $60,000–$70,000 per year
