We’re partnering with a UK-based organisation in the healthcare and services sector to find a dynamic Head of Commercial Sales who can deliver strategic direction, identify new opportunities, and lead a talented commercial team to achieve ambitious goals.

💼 The Role:

  • Lead and inspire a commercial team, setting clear goals and KPIs.
  • Drive business growth through strategic planning, lead generation, and relationship management.
  • Oversee marketing delivery, ensuring brand and digital strategies align with business objectives.
  • Collaborate with the senior leadership team to shape and deliver annual budgets.
  • Spearhead bids, manage key accounts, and secure new commercial opportunities.

  • Strong experience managing sales teams and driving commercial success.
  • Proven ability to deliver results in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
  • Strategic thinker with expertise in marketing and business development.
  • Excellent leadership, coaching, and communication skills.
  • A proactive and positive approach with a passion for continuous improvement.

✨ Desirable:

  • Experience within the healthcare, construction, or rail sectors.
  • Knowledge of digital marketing and account development.

📍 Location: UK-based with regular collaboration at head office (hybrid options may be available).

💰 Salary & Benefits: £70,000–£80,000 basic + bonus (OTE £90,000)
