Position Overview:

The HR Business Partner plays a vital role within the U.S. HR team, serving as a strategic advisor and operational partner to business leaders. This role leads and supports key HR functions, including talent acquisition, compensation and benefits coordination, leave administration, training and development, policy enforcement, and organizational planning. The HR Business Partner collaborates closely with leadership to align HR strategies with business objectives, ensuring a consistent and effective employee experience.

This position blends strategic planning with hands-on execution and offers the opportunity to contribute to high-impact, cross-functional, and potentially global HR projects. Key Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the primary HR contact for assigned executive and departmental leaders.
  • Partner with leaders to develop and implement tailored HR strategies and deliverables.
  • Provide culturally aware support, especially when engaging with international teams and expatriate employees.
  • Manage full-cycle recruitment for assigned roles, including sourcing and coordinating with Compensation & Benefits on offer development.
  • Oversee smooth onboarding processes and participate in new hire training sessions.
  • Maintain and support HR systems including SAP-HR and ADP; ensure data accuracy and process integrity.
  • Contribute to HRIS-related projects such as data audits, automation initiatives, and reporting enhancements.
  • Track and report key HR metrics, including hiring trends, attrition, employee experience, and exit interviews to support process improvements.
  • Prepare monthly headcount reports, HR scorecards, and ad hoc reporting for leadership and cost center management.
  • Serve as a resource for employee inquiries and provide guidance on HR policies and practices.
  • Ensure compliance with applicable labor laws and internal policies.
  • Liaise with HR vendors, assist with invoice reconciliation, and coordinate payments.
  • Conduct new hire check-ins and support other employee lifecycle processes as needed.
  • Perform other HR duties and participate in special projects as assigned.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree required.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in Human Resources, preferably in a business partner or generalist role.
  • Proven ability to collaborate with and support senior leadership across HR initiatives.
  • Demonstrated success in delivering results and meeting performance objectives.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Strong project management and organizational skills.
  • Experience in analyzing, synthesizing, and reporting on HR data and metrics.


Must be in office 4 days per week with 1 at home; this is non-negotiable.
