Aviation Fuel Sales Account Executive

Location: Remote

Reports to: Chief Sales Officer & Head of Aviation Division

What’s happening here:

We’re a $50M bulk fuel group, 8 acquisitions in progress, targeting $1B+. Aviation is a major pillar. We’re looking for someone who’s already sold aviation fuel—or related services—into Airports, FBOs, 137 operators, independent fuel farms and charter operators. Someone with a live network and the mindset to scale a small operation into a serious competitor.

No layers of approval. No old-school red tape. You’ll report directly to the Chief Sales Officer and Head of Aviation. If your deals land, your influence grows.

You’ll be doing this:

  • Open doors with your existing aviation contacts (Airports, FBOs, 137 operators, independent fuel farms and charter operators)
  • Build and close long-term aviation fuel supply contracts
  • Work with ops and legal to set pricing and contract terms
  • Feed product and software feedback to the tech team—what customers actually need
  • Travel to meet key customers and close face-to-face when it matters
  • Track pipeline, report on sales metrics directly to leadership
  • Shape the aviation fuel sales playbook as we scale

You already have:

  • 3–10+ years selling aviation fuel, or aviation-related services
  • A current book of contacts—people you’ve closed or are actively selling to
  • Experience selling $100K–$10M+ fuel deals, with knowledge of margins, fees, and volume structure
  • A history of working in lean teams where you weren’t just “managing accounts”—you were hunting

What’s different here:

  • No waiting years to “grow into” the role. If you bring in deals, you build your own team.
  • Our competitors are at $1B+ revenue. We’re at $50M and not waiting politely to catch up.
  • You’ll have access to fuel supply, pricing strategy, software tools, and decision-makers.
  • Your impact will be visible—contract by contract, airport by airport.

Compensation:

Base + commission. Deal volume directly tied to earnings. Significant upside for someone who closes large-volume, long-term contracts. Equity negotiable depending on contribution and seniority.

Want to be the reason this company’s aviation division hits its first $100M?

Send us your track record and resume. Just tell us who you’ve sold to, what you closed, and how you’d open 3 more this quarter.
