🧠 Senior Institutional Sales Executive – Singapore


We’re working with a global FinTech powerhouse (yep, one of the big ones) who are scaling their Prime Brokerage offering across APAC — and they’re looking for their first sales hire on the ground in Singapore.


This isn’t a “take over a desk and mind the book” gig. It’s a build-it, own-it, grow-it kind of role. You’ll be out there developing new relationships across hedge funds, family offices, and brokers — bringing serious firepower to a platform already trusted by 300,000+ traders worldwide.

You’ll be the face, the voice, and the handshake (or fist bump) that puts this brand on the regional map.


What you’ll be doing:

  • Building and owning relationships across the institutional client base — hedge funds, family offices, brokers.
  • Originating and closing new business opportunities across APAC.
  • Leading client pitches and onboarding.
  • Partnering with the London HQ team to drive regional growth.
  • Shaping the playbook for how this business grows across Asia.


What you’ll bring:

  • 5+ years in institutional or prime brokerage sales (bonus points if you’ve already got APAC coverage).
  • The ability to talk the talk with fund managers, traders, and COOs — and actually be listened to.
  • Proven success winning and growing client accounts.
  • A self-starter attitude — you don’t wait for permission to move.
  • Mandarin or Cantonese would be handy, but not essential.
