Our client is a boutique marketing agency that partners with growth-minded organizations to transform how they connect marketing momentum to sales execution. We align strategy, develop scalable systems, and empower sales teams to deliver meaningful, measurable results. We’re currently seeking a Director of Sales Strategy & Enablement—a dynamic, client-facing leader who will drive the design, implementation, and optimization of sales systems that improve performance, accountability, and revenue growth.
🔍 About the Role:
This is more than just a strategy role—it's about leadership, execution, and impact. You’ll work closely with executive stakeholders at client organizations to build and refine customized sales frameworks, onboarding programs, training modules, and coaching systems. You will lead transformative sessions that move the needle, while also ensuring long-term scalability by certifying internal trainers and documenting repeatable processes.
This hybrid position requires you to be onsite with our Phoenix-based team 4-5 days per week, while managing a variety of client engagements across different industries.
💼 What You’ll Do:
- Lead discovery and audits to identify process gaps and growth opportunities across client sales teams
- Architect scalable sales systems and playbooks tailored to industry-specific needs
- Facilitate high-impact coaching and training sessions (live and virtual) for individual contributors and sales leaders
- Score sales calls and provide direct, actionable feedback that improves results
- Collaborate with marketing and operations teams to align sales strategy with broader business goals
- Develop onboarding frameworks, role-based competency models, and certification programs
- Monitor key performance metrics and deliver strategic recommendations to stakeholders
- Serve as a trusted advisor to client executives and internal leadership
👤 What You Bring:
- 5+ years of experience in sales leadership, enablement, or strategy consulting
- Proven success in coaching and optimizing B2B or service-based sales teams
- Deep understanding of sales methodologies, lifecycle stages, and performance metrics
- Strong ability to facilitate workshops, deliver engaging presentations, and coach across experience levels
- Experience building training documentation, call scorecards, and sales collateral
- Highly collaborative with a consultative approach and strong executive presence
✅ Bonus if You Have:
- Background working in an agency or consulting environment
- FinTech/ Technology Industry Experience
- Familiarity with platforms like Dialpad, Salesforce, HubSpot, or Gong
- Experience developing and certifying sales representatives
- Certifications in sales coaching or enablement
