Position:

The Senior Family Law Attorney will handle complex family law cases, guide clients through difficult times, and represent them effectively in court. This role requires an attorney with substantial experience in family law, the ability to think critically, and excellent communication skills.

Responsibilities:

·         Manage all aspects of complex family law cases, including divorce, custody, guardianship, domestic violence, and more.

·         Communicate effectively with clients, providing clear updates and guidance throughout their case.

·         Represent clients in court, mediation, or negotiation proceedings.

·         Collaborate with our team to develop effective legal strategies.

·         Prepare and draft legal documents such as pleadings, motions, and briefs.

·         Remain current on changes in family law and the legal landscape in California.

Preferred Qualifications:

Juris Doctorate from an accredited law school and admission to the California Bar.

A minimum of 10 years of experience in Family Law practice.

Superior negotiation and litigation skills.

Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills, both in written and oral forms.

Proven ability to efficiently manage multiple cases and tasks.

Track record of client satisfaction and service.

What we offer:

Competitive salary aligned with experience, with a base salary range of $200,000 to $250,000.

Comprehensive benefits package that includes a $3,600.00 annual contribution to medical premiums, dental and vision coverage. A 401k, Profit Sharing, and Cash Balance plan become available after one year with the firm. We also offer a work-from-home stipend of $1,200 annually. Monthly and end-of-year bonuses are awarded based on achieving over 6 hours a day.
