We are currently in search of a Donation Processing Associate for a public library based in Brooklyn. This is a full-time, temporary position with an anticipated hourly rate between $22-$25/hr commensurate on experience. This role is expected to begin ASAP through mid January 2026.

LOCATION: 100% On-Site, Prospect Park, Brooklyn

POSITION TITLE: Donation Processing Associate

SCHEDULE: Full-time, Monday-Friday, 9:00am-5:00pm

DURATION: Temporary, through January 2026

HOURLY RATE: $22-$25/hour

Is This Your Dream Job? The Donation Processing Associate  will assist the Development Team with accurately entering gift data into Raiser’s Edge NXT, ensuring consistency in gift recording and donor records, supporting data hygiene by identifying and resolving duplicate records and inconsistencies, updating contact information, and conducting donor research as needed.

Our Ideal Candidate:

• 1+ years of experience in gift processing
• Familiar with Raiser’s Edge NXT
• Experience with administrative tasks and data entry
• Comfortable using MS Office, Excel, and general computer applications
• Donor research experience is a plus

How You Will Spend Your Day:

• Enter gift data into Raiser’s Edge NXT accurately
• Ensure gift records and donor information are correct and consistent
• Identify and fix duplicate or incorrect records
• Update donor contact information as needed
• Conduct research on donors to support the Development Team
