We are currently in search of a Data Analyst to support data management, research, and administrative operations for a Nonprofit Coalition. The position is hybrid in Washington, DC. This is a full-time, temporary position.

ORGANIZATION TYPE: Nonprofit Coalition

LOCATION: Washington, DC (Hybrid) 3 days in person, 2 days remote

POSITION TITLE: Data Analyst

SCHEDULE: 40 hours/week

DURATION: Temporary (~4+ weeks)

HOURLY RATE: $22.00 - $23.00

Is This Your Dream Job? This role will focus on reviewing and cleaning data, maintaining accurate records, tracking information, and supporting email communications and other administrative projects.

Our Ideal Candidate:

• 2–3 years of experience in data management, data entry, research, or administrative support.
• Exceptional Excel skills required.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Experience with data review, cleanup, and tracking.
• HTML bulk emailing experience preferred.
• Experience with Korum CRM preferred.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.

How You Will Spend Your Day:

• Review, clean, and maintain organizational data for accuracy and completeness.
• Track and organize data using Excel, including spreadsheets and reports.
• Conduct research and compile information as needed.
• Support HTML bulk email campaigns and related data management.
• Maintain and update records in Korum CRM.
• Assist with data entry, reporting, and other administrative projects.
• Identify data discrepancies and assist with resolving errors.
