We are seeking a Temporary, Part-time Administrative Assistant. This is a remote, Part-time, Temporary role.


ORGANIZATION: Healthcare Nonprofit

LOCATION: Remote (has to work CT hours)

POSITION TITLE: Administrative Assistant

SCHEDULE: 10-15 hours per week to start | Flexible M-F, 9:00-5:00

DURATION: ongoing

Pay- $21/hr - $23/hr DOE


Is This Your Dream Job? This role provides administrative and clerical support to the Executive Director and helps ensure smooth office operations, member communications, and record keeping.


 Our Ideal Candidate:

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred
  • 2–3 years of administrative or office support experience
  • Strong organizational, communication, and data entry skills
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and comfort learning database systems
  • Experience with Constant Contact, Forefront, or OneCause is a plus


How You Will Spend Your Day:

  • Perform general clerical and administrative duties as needed
  • Conduct data entry and maintain records in Forefront or OneCause
  • Schedule meetings and manage calendar coordination for the Executive Director
  • Prepare and post announcements on Facebook and assist with email communications through Constant Contact, including preparing mailing lists
  • Organize and electronically file invoices and other administrative documents
  • Assist with general office coordination and administrative projects
