We are seeking a Compliance and Administrative Manager for a School. This is a full-time, temporary opportunity based in Chicago, IL.


Is This Your Dream Job? The Compliance and Administrative Manager will join our client's team and help drive educational impact. The ideal candidate will provide administrative support to all areas of the School by overseeing the office and lunchroom staff, the overall functions of the main office and the school’s compliance and enrollment.


ORGANIZATION: School

LOCATION: McKinley Park , IL (on-site)   

POSITION TITLE: Compliance and Administrative Manager

SCHEDULE: 40 hours/week - 7:00am-2:30pm 

DURATION: Temporary- 3-4 months

Pay- $23/hr- $25/hr  


 Our Ideal Candidate:

  • 2+ years of admin support experience
  • Bilingual in Spanish required 
  • Associates degree
  • Office clerk experience in a school setting preferred



How You Will Spend Your Day:

  • Records Keeping (FIIF Form entry, Emergency Form Updates, Health Forms ) 
  • Faxing & Submitting Documents
  • Maintaining School Calendar/School Website (Social Media Updates)
  • Managing Sign-In Sheets for All (Visitors, Vendors, Etc)
  • Parent Engagement Event Planning 
  • Professional Development Planning 
  • Fire/weather/intruder etc drills (staff communication, hitting the bell, recording the time, log maintenance, etc) 
  • Coordinate Health Services 
  • Dashboard Reconciliation (Medical Compliance) 
  • 8th Grade ASPEN (Scheduling, Algebra Exam, Constitution Test, and YOG input 
  • End of Year Student Projections
