We are currently in search of a Grants & Finance Coordinator  for a healthcare nonprofit based in Brooklyn, NY. This is a part-time, temp-to-perm position with an anticipated hourly rate between $29-$33/hr commensurate on experience. This role is expected to begin ASAP through mid February, with the possibility of converting to permanent.

ORGANIZATION TYPE: Healthcare Nonprofit

LOCATION: 100% On-Site, Park Slope, Brooklyn

POSITION TITLE: Grants & Finance Coordinator

SCHEDULE: Part-time, Monday-Friday, open to flexible scheduling between a 9:00am-5:00pm schedule

DURATION: Temporary with the possibility of converting to permanent

HOURLY RATE: $29-33/hour

Is This Your Dream Job? The Grants & Finance Coordinator will be an essential part of the team, helping manage accounting, track grants, and support financial operations across the organization.

Our Ideal Candidate:

• 5+ years of nonprofit accounting/finance experience
• Experienced with Fund & Grant Management in nonprofit accounting
• Familiar with QuickBooks (preferably Online)
• Familiar with Blackbaud Raiser's Edge
• Bachelor's degree (Finance or Accounting is a plus)

How You Will Spend Your Day:

• Assist with day-to-day accounting and financial tasks
• Support grant tracking and reporting
• Collaborate with the team with general finance operations
