Position Title: ServiceNow Designer
Position Location: This position is currently remote and Arlington VA State Department campus. Candidates must reside in the DMV area to be considered.
Daily Responsibilities:
- Design the ServiceNow system including creating workflows, building service requests from customer requirements, request items and tasks using workflows to manage data flows from the customer to the support teams providing the service
- Design and create wireframes and graphic assets
- Participates in corporate or customer activity meetings that are determined to be mandatory. These may include weekly meetings, Internal Program Review (IPR) meetings, ad-hoc meetings, business development meetings, manager training sessions and other meetings designated “as required.”
- Be prepared to receive additional training for products and services that relate directly to the position.
Required Years of Experience (min):
- Four years related experience
Required Degree/Certifications:
- BS/BA degree in Computer Science, MIS, or related IT discipline. Additional four years of related professional experience can be substituted for a BS/BA degree.
- ITIL Foundations Certification
- ServiceNow MC – Flow Designer
Required Experience:
- At least four years of experience as UI Designer within ServiceNow
- At least one year of ServiceNow customization & development experience
- Experience with UI Design and Process Flow Design within ServiceNow
- Experience with System Development Life Cycle (SDLC) processes including client requirement analysis, system design and UX testing
- Familiarity with ITIL/ITSM processes
Required Clearance:
- Secret or Ability to Obtain Secret Clearance
Pay Information
Full-Time Salary Range: $120k - $135k

However, individual salaries are determined by a variety of factors including, but not limited to: business considerations, local market conditions, and internal equity, as well as candidate qualifications, such as skills, education, and experience.
